With Memorial Day Weekend fast approaching, it’s time to get ready for the 2015 Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. This is the 56th running of NASCAR’s only 600-mile race and the nation’s largest Memorial Day celebration.

Similar to years past, the Coca-Cola 600, which takes place on May 24, is more than just a one-day racing event. The weekend is about honoring those who serve and have served in the U.S. Armed Forces. Coke's 74-year partner, the USO, Charlotte Motor Speedway and Coca-Cola will help bring more than 8,000 troops to race weekend. To honor a fallen American hero SSgt. Andrew Seif, his wife, Dawn, will be the Grand Marshal, kicking off the race with those famous words, “Drivers. Start. Your. Engines!”

The entire weekend will be full of Coca-Cola red, white and blue activities geared towards servicemen and women, racing fanatics, families and friends.

Tune in to FOX at 6 p.m. ET on Sunday to see who crosses the finish line first.
