“Music energizes people and creates a sense of community,” said Denise Hulmes, Coke Music Moment team lead. “The idea started as one way to enhance associate well-being at the office.”
With 19 people signing up initially in October 2013, more than 37 employees, friends and family members have performed live. From country, to R&B, gospel, rock, each 30-minute set is different.

“Leadership is starting to request performances for Town Halls or business unit meetings,” Hulmes added. “Music Moments are helping to inspire others at work.”
