“El Ojo de Iberoamérica” Festival of Creativity honors the best of Latin American creative projects. This year’s 15th edition of the event came to a close with excellent results for Coca-Cola’s Latin American Group, as the brand was the “Advertiser of the Year,” with the highest number of awards at this most prestigious festival of creativity in the region. Our team was honored to earn a total of 30 awards, including “El Gran Ojo” – the highest level of recognition – for both the Direct and Mobile categories.
What campaign won this exciting recognition, plus 8 additional “El Ojo” awards? The “Download Concert” which was created by our agency partner Ogilvy & Mather, Colombia, to stir up momentum for Coca-Cola FM. A concert was held with the band suspended 50 meters above the crowd. For every song downloaded by the crowd, the band came 10 meters closer to being within view.
The second most awarded campaign was the “Coca-Cola Cheering Truck” by Del Campo Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi Argentina with five awards: A Silver Award in El Ojo “Direct” and four Bronze Awards in El Ojo “Sports,” El Ojo “Content,” El Ojo “Promo” and El Ojo “Innovation.”
