Millions of fans are about to enjoy a tropical blast from the past. The tropical Sprite flavor fans loved more than a decade ago returns today with a new name – Sprite Tropical Mix – and a new look.
Sprite Tropical Mix combines the crisp, familiar Sprite lemon-lime taste with delicious strawberry and pineapple flavors. The refreshing flavor combination is available now for a limited time only in a retro-inspired orange-on-white package design.
“Fans have thirsted for the return of this popular Sprite tropical flavor for years, and it’s great to finally bring it back to reward their enthusiasm. I can’t think of a better way to let them know that we’re listening,” said Kimberly Paige, vice president, Sparkling Brands, Sprite and Flavors,
Sprite Tropical Mix joins a number of other product variations Sprite has introduced in recent years to offer consumers innovative flavor mixes. Other popular limited-edition Sprite flavors include the holiday-favorite Sprite Cranberry, which was first introduced in 2013, and Sprite LeBron’s Mix, which was available in 2014 and 2015.
The brand will be available in 20-oz. PET bottles and sold in convenience, value and other retail stores nationwide through August, or while supplies last. The limited-edition release will be supported through an integrated marketing campaign, including radio and out-of-home advertising and content on Sprite social channels. Visit the “Ask
