More than 10,000 young – and young at heart – Filipino fans gathered at Circuit Makati in Manila on Feb. 27 to create special moments with family and friends in celebration of the newest and biggest Coca-Cola global campaign, “Taste the Feeling.”
At the Coca-Cola Taste the Feeling Festival, Coca-Cola Ambassadors Enchong Dee, Janella Salvador, Bailey May, Ylona Garcia, and Alden Richards filled the outdoor venue with music and good vibes. Teens, along with their family and friends, sang along to some of the country’s biggest bands, including Up Dharma Down, Sponge Cola, Autoteli, and Cheats, and danced late into the night with DJ Funk Avy and DJ Nina.
“For us here at Coca-Cola, the simple pleasure of drinking and enjoying a bottle of Coke is always an experience,” said Stephan Czypionka, marketing director, Coca-Cola Philippines. “Today, we bring that experience to life by creating even more special moments with everyone through a one-of-a-kind, exciting Taste the Feeling Festival full of fun activities, music, feelings, and of course, ice-cold Coca-Cola. One of the highlights of today’s event was how bottles of Coca-Cola skydived in parachutes, making everyone excited to taste the feeling with Coke,”
Thousands of moments were captured in interactive photo booths, where fans posed with friends, edited their shots with different “feel-ters”. These memories were shared online and printed out to take home. Guests also expressed their creativity at a coloring wall and free temporary tattoos and face painting. A select few who participated in the digital promo got a chance to meet the Coca-Cola Ambassadors and win prizes.
The Coca-Cola Taste the Feeling Festival is one of the many exciting activities Coca-Cola has planned this year. Coca-Cola will visit some of the country’s biggest universities, colleges, and tambayans to make everyday moments with teens even more special.
