As Inclusive as Our Brands

The Coca-Cola Company has partnered with the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) – the nation’s largest LGBT civil rights organization – for several years for advice on continuing leadership in the field of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) rights. On November 14, the HRC announced that we received a 100 percent rating on the Corporate Equality Index (CEI), based on an in-depth analysis of our workplace policies and practices for our LGBT associates. Last week we were also included in their 2013 Buyer’s Guide. Earning this recognition for the seventh straight year validates our commitment to being ‘as inclusive as our brands’ and reflects progress made on our 2020 Vision journey to achieve true diversity.
