The poll was conducted online between Nov. 29 and Dec. 16, 2016. More than 23,000 Americans rated companies' reputation strength across six dimensions: Social Responsibility, Emotional Appeal, Products and Services, Vision and Leadership, Financial Performance, and Workplace Environment.
Coca-Cola was one of 17 companies to earn an “excellent’ reputation score with a reputation quotient of 81.18. Amazon.com topped the list for the second year in a row with a reputation quotient of 86.27, ahead of Wegmans (85.41) and Publix (82.78).
