“A great meal is the best way to bring people together,” said Steven Liu, Executive Chef and China Culinary Ambassador, at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. Liu emphasized the importance of accurate heat control and adequate seasoning and treated a lucky
family in Shanghai to a sumptuous spread – roasted lamb chops, golden egg fried rice and a side of pig trotters braised in Coca-Cola. Watch the chefs prepare their delicious recipes below:

Surprise guest, Voice of China finalist, singer Ping An impressed a lucky family in Shanghai with his specialty dish – shredded pork with preserved vegetables. “My mother cooked this dish for me when I was a child and it reminds me of home,” said Ping. Thrilled to be a part of the campaign, Ping admitted his cutting skills left a lot to be desired.

To participate in the Happy Tables campaign, consumers scanned the QR code on Coca-Cola products, downloaded the Coca-Cola Happiness Network app and uploaded family dinner party photographs to happy.icoke.cn.
