Previously, Arroyo was General Manager Coca-Cola Iberia, position that he has held since March 1, 2017.
With more than twenty five years of experience in leadership positions, Arroyo has a very versatile profile with experience in management, marketing, sales, finance, HR, logistics, legal, sustainability, corporate communication, public affairs and IT.
For more than two decades, he held various positions in Coca-Cola; He joined the company as Brand Manager of Nestea and Aquarius in 1995, later he held the position of Brand Manager for Coca-Cola and Coca-Cola caffeine free, and in 1998 he began his international experience as Global Brand Manager in Atlanta leading the first global strategy for water.
In 2000, he returned to Madrid as Marketing Director for Iberia & CSDs Business Unit Director. In 2004 he assumed the position of Spain General Manager, reporting to the President of the Iberia Division and two years later, he moved to Thailand as President of Southeast and West Asia and later served as President of the ASEAN Business Unit.
He decided to pursue his career in S.C Johnson's & Son in Kuala Lumpur as Senior Vice President in Asia Pacific and he also held the position of CEO in the olive oil company DEOLEO.
Arroyo holds a degree in Business Administration and also in Law from ICADE University. In addition, he has studied finance at the Wharton Emory Business School and at IMD Business School.
