If you haven’t yet noticed the veritable rainbow of Coke and Coke Zero cans across New Zealand, you’re bound to catch some Coca-Cola colour this summer.

From Boxing Day, the Coke Colour Crew promotional ambassadors, will embark on perhaps the most colourful summer road trip to date taking candy coloured bikes, bountiful cans of icy cold Coca-Cola and that famous Happiness Truck to numerous summer hot-spots around the North Island.

Crew on bikes will have can-shaped trailers in tow and skateboarders will sport Coca-Cola can backpacks – both packed with chilled Coke cans that they’ll be sharing with teens and adults alike as they visit each tour stop, no doubt a pleasant icy cold surprise on a hot summer’s day!

The Happiness Truck makes a return to the streets, but you may not recognise it this time around. The truck has undergone a colourful makeover in the lead up to summer, a disruptive departure from classic Coke red that reflects a combination of the five colours of the #colouryoursummernz Coke and Coke Zero cans; purple, orange, pink, blue and red.

The Summer Tour kicks off on 26 December in Northland, visiting holiday-makers in places like Mangawhai Heads, Paihia and Kerikeri, making their way to the popular Coromandel Peninsula and Tauranga from New Year’s Day – spot them at beaches like Whangamata, Hahei, Matarangi and Mount Manganui.

Moving on from Tauranga, the Coke Colour Crew plan to make their way Wellington via Hamilton and eventually back up to Auckland, making appearances at some of the most popular summer events.
