What is the deadline to apply for community support?
The Coca-Cola Company and its affiliated foundations accept applications for contributions, fundraising dinners, and community sponsorships year-round.

Is there a dollar amount limitation for community support applications?
No. There is no dollar limitation.

Should I use the online application for product endorsements, advertising and other marketing related requests?
No, product endorsements, advertising and other marketing requests, including those that involve cause-marketing, should be directed to Ask Coca-Cola.

I would like to ask for a product donation, where do I go?
Requests for product donations should be submitted through Ask Coca-Cola

I need funding for production of a movie or documentary, where do I go?
Requests for this type of sponsorship should be submitted through Ask Coca-Cola.

Do you accept applications from fiscal agents?
No.  We do not accept applications submitted through fiscal agents.

Who do I contact for information about submitting an application?
Each week, we receive hundreds of inquiries and proposals for a variety of initiatives, programs and events. In order to review and respond in a timely basis, we use an online application to receive community requests for contributions, fundraising dinners, and community sponsorships. If we need additional information or have any questions, we will contact you directly.

After reviewing our guidelines and priority areas, you can complete the eligibility questionnaire for further guidance and to access our grant and sponsorship applications.

Do I need an invitation code to apply online?
No. Invitation codes are not required.  Leave this field blank if you don’t have one.

How do I know if my request was received?
Applicants will receive written confirmation via email when a completed application is received.

When should I expect to receive a response from my application submission?
On average, it takes approximately 60 days from the application submission date to receive a response.

What is the status of my application?
You will receive written confirmation when your completed application is received. If additional information is needed, you will be contacted directly. 

I faxed, mailed or emailed a letter of application to seek assistance from The Coca-Cola Company. Should I reapply?
We do not accept requests that are sent by fax, email or mail. All applications must be entered via the online application to be reviewed.
