This sweet take on a holiday classic was submitted by Carol Johnson of Turtle Lake, Wisconsin. Johnson notes that the
½ ham (5-6 lb.)
1 cup brown sugar
1 ½ cup
1 cup crushed pineapple (optional)
- Wash ham thoroughly.
- Rub fat side with brown sugar.
- Pour crushed pineapple over ham.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 3 hours.
