Forget plain hot dogs and burgers. Fans at last Labor Day weekend's NASCAR Night Racing at Atlanta Motor Speedway were treated to tacos, chili dogs, pork sandwiches and more created with Coca-Cola® products.

Tropical Fruit Smoothie
3/4 cup Minute Maid® Premium Blends Orange Passion juice
1/2 cup cubed mango
1/2 cup cubed papaya
1/2 cup cubed pineapple
2 scoops pineapple sherbet
1/3 cup vanilla-flavored soy milk
1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)

2 squares (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup double strength hot coffee
2 ½ cups milk
1 1/2 cups Coca-Cola® Whipped cream or ice cream
