Lunatic was formed by Ball and Au, two friends from Bansomdejchaopraya
Rajabhat University, who had dreams of creating a hit single. The two
recruited the rest of the band out of musicians who shared their dream
and musical direction. With the addition of three more musicians, the
five-piece group was set. Since then, they have participated in musical
competitions for years. The membership of the band changed over the
years and today Ball and Au are joined by Philt, Ta, and Ton.
participated in the 2010 Coke Music Awards but, unfortunately, did not
make it past the first round. The band didn't give up after that
performance and, thanks to their passion, hard work and positive
attitude, they returned to the Coke Music Awards in 2013 with an energetic performance that led to them winning the contest.
