Coca-Cola Consolidated will invest more than $5 million in a new sales and distribution center at the Cypress Ridge Industrial Park in Ridgeland, S.C., bringing 45 existing jobs and creating at least 20 new roles.
“Coke Consolidated has a rich history in South Carolina, and this investment reinforces the commitment we have to the state,” said Steve Curtis, local branch manager for Coca-Cola Consolidated. “This new facility will help us operate more efficiently to better serve our retail customers and loyal consumers throughout the region while creating jobs.”
Coca-Cola Consolidated has seven locations in South Carolina, and employs more than 1,200 people in the state. The new facility will handle sales and distribution of Coca-Cola products throughout Allendale, Bamberg, Beaufort, Colleton, Hampton and Jasper Counties.
