  • 6 Ounce fresh cranberries
  • 6 Ounce dried cranberries
  • 2 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 Cup Coca-Cola
  • 1 pinch Kosher salt
  • .5 Cup granulated sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • .5 Cup fresh squeezed orange juice

  1. Combine ingredients in a thick bottom boiler. Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer until mixture thickens.
