With holiday celebrations just around the corner, Coca-Cola is once again refreshing the season by shining a spotlight on “unsung heroes” – the special someones who put in extra effort to make the holidays more special for everyone around them. This time of year wouldn’t be the same without the teen who tirelessly wraps presents, the mom who cooks for family and friends, or the dad who sets up the holiday lights. And let's not forget Santa, who spreads good cheer by delivering gifts all over the world.
In the spirit of the season, Coca-Cola is partnering with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals (CMN Hospitals), which helps provide crucial funding, donations and community support to children’s hospitals throughout North America.
Coca-Cola is supporting their cause – and inviting fans to do the same – through purchases of specially wrapped Coca-Cola holiday bottles on ShareaCoke.com. For every bottle sold through Dec. 31, Coca-Cola will donate $1 to CMN Hospitals.
“Coca-Cola has been at the heart of holiday celebrations for decades, spreading cheer with our iconic Coca-Cola Santa, Polar Bear and holiday packaging,” said Melissa Palacios, brand manager, Coca-Cola Trademark, Coca-Cola North America. “This holiday season, we’re celebrating the season with millions of people across the nation through heartwarming experiences, old and new – from our annual cross-country caravan tour to our special new partnership with CMN Hospitals."
To spread even more holiday cheer, the brand is celebrating its 20th year of the Coca-Cola Holiday Caravan, bringing six trucks, each illuminated by more than 30,000 red and white sparkling lights, to more than 130 cities across the country.
