- .5 onion, diced
- 1 Tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 Tablespoon cumin
- 1 Teaspoon coriander
- 1 Tablespoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon onion powder
- 1 Teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 24 Ounce Coke Ketchup (see recipe below)
- COKE KETCHUP
- 16 Ounce tomato puree
- 1 Cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Coleman's dry mustard
- 1.5 Teaspoon cumin
- 1 Teaspoon coriander

Coca-Cola - 1 Tablespoon onion powder
- 1 Teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 2 Ounce light corn syrup
- .5 Teaspoon salt
Preparation
- Total Time: 50 min
- Prep Time: 10 min
- Cook Time: 40 min
- For Coke Chili: Saute onions until transparent. Add beef and brown. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Adjust seasonings to taste and serve. For Coke Ketchup: Combine all ingredients. Simmer for 10 minutes. Chill and serve.
