We got this recipe from one of our brand managers. It's a tried and tested marinade for New Zealand's favourite meat using Keri Orange


  • .33 Cup Keri Orange
  • 2 Tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Teaspoon dried rosemary, crumbled
  • .5 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Pound lamb


  • Total Time: 30 min
  • Prep Time: 15 min
  • Cook Time: 15 min
  1. Mix together Keri Orange, brown sugar, olive oil, rosemary, and salt Pour marinade over top of lamb, turning several times to coat Allow 2 hours of marinade time (assuming you're actually preparing 2 hours in advance!) Preheat grill or oven to 190 degrees Celsius (375 F) Cook for 15 minutes or until desired level
