In the early 1970s, The Company produced and distributed "Man In His Environment", a basic teaching kit to introduce students in grades four and up to environmental issues. The kit helped students discover for themselves the basic principles of ecology: management of resources and planning, when each action taken affects the environment. The kit was designed so the students not told the answers, rather they had to become involved in the decisions and discover answers for themselves. For example, the students role-played as planners deciding whether or not to build a variety of industrial, commercial and recreational improvements on the board that simulated a natural environment. The kit was distributed to schools throughout the country, with a 36 page teacher’s guide. Have you ever seen this game, which is now a collectible?
