  1. Combine juices, almond extract and nutmeg in a saucepan over medium-high heat and reduce to 4 cups, about 30-45 minutes. Cool and chill well. Place juice mixture in an ice cream machine and process according to manufacturer's instructions. When partially frozen, scrape into a chilled metal bowl and freeze for several hours or overnight. Scoop into chilled dishes and garnish with fruit and nutmeg, if desired. Serve immediately. Makes 8 servings.
