Creamy homemade raspberry syrup turns Coca-Cola into a bright pink, multi-layered mocktail that’s as fun to look at as it is to drink.

This recipe makes enough raspberry sauce for at least six mocktails. You can also use any extra as a topping for cheesecake or oatmeal.


  • 1 Bag frozen raspberries, defrosted (12-ounce)
  • 2 Tablespoon sugar
  • 3 Cup Coca-Cola

  1. Put raspberries, sugar and ½ cup water in a blender and whirl until smooth. To make one drink, pour 2 ounces (4 tablespoons) of sauce into the bottom of a tall glass. Slowly add Coca-Cola; serve.

Mocktail to Cocktail: Add 1 ounce rum before you pour in the Coca-Cola.
