President, Japan and South Korea operating unit
Franck Salmon is president of the Japan and South Korea operating unit of The Coca‑Cola Company. He was named to this role in 2026 after serving as global senior vice president, marketing transformation.
Salmon joined the company in 2005 in the former Iberia business unit after eight years of experience at Danone and Reckitt. In Iberia, he held a range of marketing roles across the stills category and Coca‑Cola trademark.
In 2013, he transitioned to the former South Latin business unit, where he led the marketing function. From 2019 to 2021, Salmon served as senior vice president, growth, for Coca‑Cola Japan, with responsibility for strategy, insights, marketing, innovation and digital transformation. From 2021 to 2023, he served as Customer & Commercial vice president for the Japan and South Korea operating unit.
From 2023 to 2026, Salmon successfully led the company’s large-scale global marketing transformation program.
Salmon holds an MBA from ESSCA School of Management in France and has completed executive education programs at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and Harvard Business School.
