EVP and Global Chief People Officer
Lisa Chang is Executive Vice President and Global Chief People Officer for The Coca- Cola Company, where she leads the enterprise-wide human resources strategy and fosters a high-performing, inclusive culture.
Since assuming the role in 2019, she has been instrumental in shaping Coca‑Cola’s global people strategy, aligning it with the company’s purpose of refreshing the world and making a difference. Under her leadership, HR initiatives focus on empowering employees to thrive and equipping the organization to win.
Before joining Coca‑Cola, Chang served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for AMB Group, LLC, a privately held sports and entertainment conglomerate based in Atlanta. She previously held senior HR leadership positions at Equifax, Turner Broadcasting System Inc., and The Weather Channel Companies, building a track record of driving talent development, organizational transformation, and employee engagement.
In addition to her corporate work, Chang serves on the Board of Directors for Frontier Communications and the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. She also serves on the Board of Advisors for HR Innovators and The World 50’s Next Generation Board Directors program. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Mercer University’s Stetson-Hatcher School of Business and Economics.
