Senior Advisor
Lisa Chang is a senior advisor for The Coca‑Cola Company and a member of the board of directors of The Coca‑Cola Foundation.
Chang served as executive vice president and global chief people officer for The Coca‑Cola Company through April 2026, leading the company’s enterprise-wide human resources strategy across more than 200 countries and territories. In this role, she developed future ready talent and capabilities that drove sustained growth and positioned the company for long-term success. She was also instrumental in defining and cultivating an inclusive, high-performance culture that empowered employees to thrive while advancing the company’s purpose to refresh the world and make a difference.
Prior to joining Coca‑Cola in 2019, Chang was senior vice president and chief human resources officer for AMB Group LLC in Atlanta, the investment management and shared services arm of the Blank Family of Businesses. Her scope included AMB Sports & Entertainment, the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United FC and Mercedes‑Benz Stadium, where she led HR strategy across all businesses, including the launch of Atlanta United FC and the opening of Mercedes‑Benz Stadium in 2017.
Earlier in her career, Chang held senior human resources leadership roles at Equifax, Turner Broadcasting System, Inc., and The Weather Channel Companies, building a strong track record in talent development, organizational transformation and employee engagement.
Chang is a member of the board of directors of The Coca‑Cola Foundation and the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. She is a past board member of Frontier Communications, Catalyst, Inc., and the Coca‑Cola Scholars Foundation.
Chang holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Mercer University’s Stetson‑Hatcher School of Business and Economics.
