Senior Vice President, Head of Corporate Development
Max Hyldebrandt is Senior Vice President, Head of Corporate Development, for The Coca‑Cola Company. In this role, he leads the company’s work in mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, partnerships, joint ventures and divestitures.
Hyldebrandt joined Coca‑Cola in 1999 and has spent more than 25 years in finance and corporate development roles across the company.
Prior to his current position, Hyldebrandt served as Vice President of Corporate Development. He played a key role in significant transactions, including the refranchising of the Indian bottling system, the acquisition of Amatil brands from Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners and the sale of the company’s Thailand bottling operations to Swire Pacific.
Earlier in his career, Hyldebrandt held finance roles across several European markets and served in a business readiness and communications role for the Europe Group.
Before joining Coca‑Cola, Hyldebrandt worked as an auditor with KPMG in his native Denmark. He holds a degree from Copenhagen Business School.
