Legitimate recruiting communications from The Coca‑Cola Company may occur in the following ways:

• Automated, application-related messages sent through our applicant tracking system (Workday)
• Direct outreach from a Coca‑Cola recruiter using an official @coca-cola.com email address
• Recruiting outreach via LinkedIn from a Coca‑Cola recruiter

Coca‑Cola recruiters, including executive recruiters, may initiate conversations via LinkedIn or email using official @coca-cola.com addresses. However, legitimate recruiting does not progress through private portals, external scheduling tools, or third-party websites. All formal next steps occur through Coca‑Cola’s official systems.

The Coca‑Cola Company Will Never

• Ask candidates for payment, banking details, or personal financial information
• Conduct interviews or move candidates forward through unofficial websites or personal email accounts
• Use external or unverified scheduling links
• Refer candidates to third parties for resume or cover letter writing services
  

Fraudulent actors may reference real Coca‑Cola job postings or job IDs and may use email addresses or websites that include the Coca‑Cola name to appear legitimate. These communications are not authorized.
