Equal Employment Opportunity Employer Information Reports (EEO-1)

Cultivating a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace is a strategic business priority that fuels greater creativity, innovation and connection for our company—and a sense of belonging for our employees. While we currently track and measure progress against gender globally and race and ethnicity in the United States, our inclusion efforts worldwide span five dimensions: gender identity, culture and heritage, generation and life experience, LGBTQ+, and ability and wellness.

We are also committed to increasing transparency and disclosure. On this page you will find data submitted to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEO-1 survey results). The EEO-1 Report is a compliance survey mandated by federal statute and regulations. The survey requires company employment data to be categorized by race/ethnicity, gender and job category. Please note that the job categories differ in the way we categorize jobs and track DEI progress at The Coca‑Cola Company.

For additional information on DEI and our disclosure, please see our 2022 Business & Sustainability Report.
