RACIAL EQUITY AT THE COCA-COLA COMPANY

We began by listening and learning, and we pushed ourselves to think more boldly about the actions we take inside our company. Our plan is designed with permanence in mind, and we will continue to evolve our plan as we continue to progress.

Diverse Representation

We believe our organization should mirror the markets we serve. We recently developed our 2030 aspirational goals to reflect the racial and ethnic diversity in the United States. Our plan will focus on internal and external recruitment, hiring, development and advancement of people of color.

Supplier Diversity

We have long supported supplier diversity and our financial commitment has grown over the years. But now it’s time to do more. We’re increasing our spending with Black-owned businesses by $500 million over the next five years.

Employee Enrichment

Creating greater empathy and showing support for all our colleagues will lead to a more inclusive, equitable workplace and a better world overall. Along with an Allyship Guide to help employees better understand one another’s experiences and facilitate conversations, we’ve also formed a team to develop a multi-year, immersive training program on diversity, equity and inclusion.
